While connecting to Wireless Application, the following error may be encountered
"Notification dll has not been registered, program will not work correctly"
Solution 1
Open a run command and type in:
regsvr32 atl.dll click [OK]
regsvr32 wltrynt.dll [OK]
ipconfig /flushdns [OK]
ipconfig /renew [OK]
netsh winsock reset [OK]
Reboot your machine and see if the machine will retain connectivity.
Solution 2
Open Run and type in:
regedit.exe click OK and on the Registry Editor locate this key and change
the value in the Right Pane/window to (2):
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WZCSVC =
[ON]Start REG_DWORD 0x00000002 (2)
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc =
[ON]Start REG_DWORD 0x00000004 (4)

I tried both of these and they didn't work. Dell Latitude D610. It's become a minor hobby trying to get rid of this error message. I give it a few minutes every time I boot up.
I tried both of these and they didn't work. It's become a minor hobby of mine to try to get rid of this error message. I give it one search and try per boot. Probably been 10 tries so far?
