If the update fails do the following steps
- Exit kies software or kill through Task Manager
- Download file "AStorePlugin.dll" from this URL: http://www.mediafire.com/?5wjxl9lofxf8f9l
- Once you download extract the file, then copy and paste on the following path
- windows 32 bit - "C:\Program Files\Samsung\Kies\Plugins\aStore" – please overwrite existing file
- windows 64 bit – C:\Program Files(x86)\Samsung\Kies\Plugins\aStore – please overwrite existing file
Note: For the latest Kies: Kies_2.1.0.11112_41_7 [http://www.multiupload.com/Q7GAI1L9WP] and update the PI more: http://www.mediafire.com/?pisil74jc6z57rb
Still having issue then do the following steps
- Check registry –> Start>RUN [Type regedit] press ENTER > HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Samsung \ Kies 2.0 >Region> Double click it and fix the U.S. (UK) IN> Enter
- Check you have latest Kies installed
- Try to replace this Astore file - http://www.mirrorcreator.com/files/UPEG3IQ3/AStore.rar_links then copy and paste the following path "C: Program Files >> SAMSUNG »Plugins >> Kies
